Our journey began with a mission: to bridge the gap between the Ed-Dogma (grades, scores and traditional measures of achievement) and the real-world traits that lead to true talent qualifiers and human capital impact. We created BardoHub as a space where self-awareness meets opportunity, giving young adults the tools to uncover what makes them valuable in the workplace and beyond; helping them make better career decisions and paving their way from college to life!

What is BardoHub?
BardoHub is a smartphone app designed to help young adults transition from college to life, guiding them through self-awareness needed to stay in control of their decisions, and build a comprehensive understanding of their talent profile. Unlike traditional measures of talent like GPA or college pedigree, BardoHub focuses on your values, cognitive style, behavioral dynamics, character traits, among other dimensions. BardoHub’s mission is to bridge the gap between academic achievements and true workplace talent qualifiers.

How often should I use BardoHub?
The frequency of use is entirely up to you. The app is designed to be flexible and cater to your preferences, allowing you to engage at your own pace—whether that’s daily, weekly, or whenever you feel inspired to explore more about yourself.
Why is it important to be honest with my responses?
Honesty is crucial because the feedback and insights are tailored to the information you provide. Authentic responses lead to accurate reflections of your persona, enabling you to better understand your strengths and areas for growth. The app is a tool for you, so no point in kidding yourself. What is the 6PA model?
The 6PA model is a deep assessment on the 6 P’s that will set you up for success: Persona, Passion, Purpose, Performance, Potential, and Path. This first version of the app focuses on Persona, a threefold approach covering Life-Traits, Core-Traits, and Character-Traits.

How does BardoHub work?
First step: downalod the app. After downloading the app and registering, you’ll complete a 10-question intake to understand your Life-Traits. You’ll then select an AI coach that best matches your style. Your coach will guide you through assessments, feedback, and insights, helping you understand your Persona traits and their impact on real-world situations.
What are AI Coaches, and how do I choose one?
AI Coaches are virtual guides with distinct communication styles and approaches. You can select a coach that best aligns with your style and goals. Whether you prefer a casual and chill tone or a reflective and academic approach, there’s a coach for everyone.
Can I change my coach after selecting one?
Yes, you can change your coach at any time! On the app, simply go to your profile settings and choose a new coach that better fits your style or current preferences. Your new coach will pick up right where you left off, ensuring a seamless experience.
What can I expect from the assessments?
Each assessment is designed to evaluate specific attributes. They consist of questions, scenarios, and affirmations; and based on your responses, you’ll receive tailored feedback and actionable insights.
What if a scenario in a question doesn’t feel relevant to me or something I’ve experienced?
That’s okay! The scenarios are designed to explore a variety of traits and behaviors, even if they don’t exactly match your past experiences. Answer as honestly as you can by imagining how you might respond in that situation. This helps the app provide accurate insights based on your preferences and personality.
How is feedback provided?
Feedback is presented through video summaries from your coach and detailed written reports. This feedback is accesible to you at any time through your Progress Report, within the app menu bar.

Absolutely! The current version of BardoHub focuses on just one of the six “P”s in our 6PA model—Persona.
